S.W. Collins Seeks Applicants for Biannual Grant Program

In addition to our regular donation program, we are offering local organizations the opportunity to apply for grant funding that will total $20,000 throughout the year. 

Since 2019, S.W. Collins Co. has utilized a grant program that has contributed $100,000 to local non-profit organizations from Fort Kent to Lincoln in addition to supporting various causes outside the realm of the grant program. The grant program has been widely successful and will continue to invest in and support organizations and community programs throughout the region. Moving forward, the program will be biannual instead of quarterly and will continue to offer local organizations the opportunity to apply for grant funding that will total $20,000 throughout the year. An organization can apply as a cause alone or it can be for a specific project or event they are working on.

The retail locations in Fort Kent, Caribou, Presque Isle, Houlton and Lincoln will each have $2,000 semiannually available for up to three local causes.  The $2,000 will be prorated according to the percentage of votes received via an online poll and in-store token voting.   

Deadline to apply is September 23, 2024 for grant period beginning October 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025
