Kitchen & Bath Designer - Caribou

As S. W. Collins Company continues to grow, we are looking to expand our current kitchen and bath design team. We are seeking a talented, motivated designer with prior experience to join our team at our Home Design Center.

Job Specifications:

Do you have a passion for building relationships and connecting with people? Do you possess the creative ability to match colors and style to make peoples’ dreams become reality? Have you received any education and/or training or have a background relating interior design and/or drafting?

You will have the opportunity to form strong relationships with home owners and contractors through client meetings, job site visits, and more. Candidate Requirements:

· Relevant experience preferred
· 2020 (or similar) software proficiency preferred
· Solid communication skills (oral and written)
· Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers

Sales Manager - Fort Kent

S.W. Collins Company is seeking a motivated hunting and fishing enthusiast to manage the growing business at our Fort Kent Up North Outdoor Store! Applicants should have excellent people skills, be technologically savvy and be committed to delivering on our promise of legendary customer service.

In addition to serving the local market and managing online sales, our social media page and inventory, you would manage the processes of ordering, receiving, and shipping product. Our outdoor store manager would also have the ability to take ownership of the product offering and merchandising within the store and online. Independent self-starters who are eager to build relationships, grow professionally and serve the recreational needs of our communities are encouraged to apply.

S.W. Collins Company continues to grow and seeks a talented full-time Dispatcher to join our winning team at our Lincoln location. Applicants must enjoy working with the public and be a team player. In addition to making deliveries, the position also requires loading and unloading lumber and building materials and staging material in the yard. Good communication skills are a must. Dispatch duties would include receiving all incoming yard deliveries as well as reviewing orders for accuracy and coordinating with customers for appropriate delivery information.


Delivery Driver - Lincoln

S.W. Collins Company continues to grow and seeks a talented full-time driver to join our winning team at our Lincoln location. Applicants must enjoy working with the public and be a team player. In addition to making deliveries, the position also requires loading and unloading lumber and building materials and staging material in the yard. Good communication skills are a must as drivers will be interacting with homeowners and contractors. A CDL license is preferred but not required.

- Deliver high quality customer service by answering inquiries in a quick, friendly and professional way.
- Maintain a broad knowledge of the industry and all company products, services and promotions.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and promote the best products for customer needs.
- Familiarize with product lines carried for windows & doors with the ability to sell these items.
- Understand and explain specifications & features of products.
- Complete consultations on job sites to assist with measurements.
