As a new customer, I walked into the store not knowing what to expect. The cashier greeted me with a smile and a perky hello, then, as I wandered further into the store, there were plenty of staff around, speaking to and helping customers. One staff member offered his help and when he was unsure, he took me to the back where another member of staff, who worked with tile, was located. She helped recommend what they like to use, was patient and kind. She even rang me up after I decided. Brilliant store!! Will definately be shopping there again!!!

I live in NH and was doing renovations on a camp in northern Maine. I was planning to buy several items in a big box in NH and bring them with me. I decided to compare prices with S.W. Collins, as my pickup was going to be heavily loaded. I was pleasantly surprised that the pricing was very competitive, and many items were actually less. It was much more convenient to pick up materials as I needed them rather than having to work around them. Employees are very engaged and helpful.
