Best Places to Work in Maine identifies, recognizes and honors the best places of employment in Maine. The program evaluates the company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics, and conducts an anonymous survey to measure the employee experience, which consists of 75 percent of the total score. The combined scores determine the top companies and the final rankings.
