We are pleased to announce that John Billings will be transitioning into a new role as Risk and Relations Manager.

In this position, John will play a critical role in safeguarding the company’s most valuable assets – its people and its operations. He will lead employee relations initiatives, ensure a safe and compliant workplace, oversee loss prevention strategies, and manage seasonal and promotional merchandising. John will also continue to handle purchasing responsibilities. Through this expanded role, he will help shape both the employee experience and the safety and security of the company, strengthening S.W. Collins Co.’s operational resilience.

As Risk and Relations Manager, John will be based out of the Caribou location. He will continue to visit each location regularly for safety audits, new hire orientation, and onboarding, ensuring that all teams receive the support they need to succeed.
