Get into the Halloween spirit with the Caribou Parks & Recreation Fall Fest on October 25 from 5 to 7:30PM! We are currently seeking area residents, business owners, community clubs/organizations, and schools to register as hosts for our Trunk or Treat event. Please, nothing too gory or scary!
